New Hampshire Hospitalist Job – 1 Hour from Manchester

  • Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible internal medicine or family medicine physician
  • Permanent job opening
  • Reason for need: vacancy
  • Inpatient work only
  • Work six shifts every other week
  • The block includes one night shift, three day shifts, and one full day (two shifts back-to-back)
  • One physician works during the day; one works at night
  • Most of the volume falls to the day shift
  • There is usually an APP working during the day Monday-Friday
  • Daytime census: 16-20 patients (including admissions, rounding, discharges, and consults)
  • No procedures
  • You’d respond to codes
  • RTs are available to assist with the management of vent patients
  • You’d be responsible for their ICU patients (4 bed unit)
  • No intensivist on staff
  • EMR: Meditech Expanse
  • No visa candidates, unfortunately
