Radiation Oncology Opening | IMLC Accepted | Flexible 3-Day Work Week

Clinical Role Overview:
RecruitWell is excited to present a Radiation Oncology locum opportunity in Duluth, MN, starting August 1, 2025 through January 31, 2026. This opening is due to the retirement of a long-standing physician in a well-established, high-functioning two-physician practice. We’re seeking a skilled Radiation Oncologist to provide coverage three days per week (0.6 FTE) – ideally scheduled in blocks to align with the remaining physician and optimize patient care.

• Efficient Workflow: EMR: Epic/Aria, average of 10–15 clinic visits daily, and 25 patients treated per day on radiation.

Position Details:

• Assignment Dates: August 1, 2025 – January 31, 2026

• Schedule: 3 days/week (0.6 FTE), clinic hours plus beeper call

• Patient Load: 15 visits/day; 25 radiation treatments/day

• Board Certification: Required in Radiation Oncology

• Licensure: Must be licensed in MN or eligible through the IMLC

• Trauma Level: II
