Clinical Role:

• Ongoing
• Practice Setting: Inpatient/hospital based
• Adult: 90% Pediatric: 10% 16+
• What Percent of the Practice is Trauma: Depends on the day, providers may see GSW and hypothermia; Level II
• This would be outpatient EEG review
• Inpatient:   95%
• Average Number of Office/Clinic Patients Per Locum Per Day: 0
• Average Number of Hospital-Based Patients Per Locum Per Day: Max 8 per day
• Other Neurologists will be present during Locum's Assignment
• How Many Physicians in Your Group:  14
• How Many Advanced Practice Providers in Your Group: 3
• Lab Onsite, X-Ray Onsite
• EMR: EPIC
• Remote monitoring for EEGs is an option but an essential job request
• Epilepsy Board Certified or trained - Required - no exceptions
• Covid Vaccinated - Required
• OH License - Required, no exceptions (not accepting IMLC)
• BLS - Required
• Local/drive in candidates - Preferred
• Clean background, no malpractice - Required
