3 days of clinic
1 day in OR
1 day of procedures in clinic
Call ratio: Every Day
Available Shifts:
Sept 22(8am)-29(8am)
Nov 22(8am)-Dec 1(8am)
Dec 22(8am)-29(7am)
Support Staff: 1 PA, no other MD’s, Mas assigned
Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: Full time (will look at 2 weeks per month)
Patients per day: 20 patients per day in clinic
Procedures per day: 10-15 per week
Surgeries in OR: 3 or 4 per day
EMR: Cerner
Hospital Bed size: 99
No Robotics
Special Procedures: in clinic vasectomy, infant circumcision outpatient (not required)
Disposable flexible stethoscopes
Doctor will phone interview
Practice Setting: Hospital
Board Certified/Board Eligible Required
License Required: AZ License - or IMLC
DEA Required
Minimum Experience Required: 1 year
Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
