4/27 4pm to 5/5 7am
5/19 7am to 5/26 7am
Will you accept Multiple providers
Prefer one provider for December dates but would like to expand the pool of providers for 2025
Schedule Hours for Clinic /Hospital: 8 to 5
Schedule Days Clinic /Hospital: M - F
Number of Patients Seen Per Day in Clinic: 12-15 inpatients
Call Night /Weekend - Night and weekend for their caseload
Number of Phone Consults: 1-2 calls per day in off hours
Days for Call - Depending on coverage (if 1 doc will share coverage, if rotating docs through, probably covering their own whole stretch)
Call Start: 5:00 PM
Call End: 8:00 AM
Support Staff: Full hospital support team, including in-house Internal Medicine provider coverage
Age of Patients: 18 and up
Inpatient /Outpatient - Inpatient
Type of Charting /EMR: Pinpoint
Reason For Need: Physician Transition
Temp Privileges Granted
Rounding - Yes
Average Number of Admissions Per Shift: 2
Scheduled Clinic Hours + Call
Beds in Department: 34
Assigned/Unassigned Patients
Board Certified – Required
Fellowship Preferred
ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS – Required
