Looking for a candidate willing to work:
Week 1 - Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 12.3 hours shifts. Thursday 8.5-hour shift
Week 2 - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 12.5-hour shift

General Surgery, Urology, Plastics, Orthopedics, OB/Gyn, Podiatry, Endoscopy

8-9 Beds in Facility

Facility will accept multiple providers

Hospital Stroke Certified

OP Setting

Board Certified CRNA Required

Active PA License Required

ACLS, BLS, PALS Required

EMR: Cerner
