ASAP – Ongoing Need
3 Providers Requested
Need is for either five 8-hour shifts (7am-3:30 pm) Mon-Fri, or four 10-hour shifts (7am-5:30pm) Mon-Thurs or Tues-Fri
Facility does not have a 12-, 16-, or 24-hour option
Practice does not have any Neuro cases, and we do have a small number of pediatric cases (mainly bread and butter ENT)
No peds under 2 though
Hospital Stroke Certified
Board Certified Required
Active DE License Required
Compact License Accepted
ACLS Required
Trauma Level III
EMR: Epic
