5-7 shifts/month
8,10,12, and 14 hour shifts during the day, all starts are 7a
Night call coverage is 7p-7a
Setting: Inpatient Trauma Level I
FTE: 3.0 (1.0 each)
Required Procedures/Job Duties: CRNA working under Anesthesiologist, Epidurals
Facility#1 - Ortho, General surgery, Neurosurgery, and urology
Facility#2 - Ortho, General surgery, OBGYN, and Urology
Facility #3 - Ortho, spine, and neuro
EMR: Epic
Support Staff: None
Reason for Coverage: Short staffed due to leave and existing vacancies
NBCRNA Certified - Required
Active CO License - Required
Active ACLS, BLS - Required
Minimum 2 years experience as CRNA including epidurals - Required
