Dublin, Georgia, Hospital Medicine Physician Opportunity

• Requires some hospitalist experience 1yr +

• Join a close-knit, established team of 14 physicians and four advanced practice providers (APPs) supported by a dedicated clinical performance nurse
• Work with diverse colleagues from various cultural and professional backgrounds
• Learn and grow alongside experienced leaders, including a former Chief of Staff and chair of Medicine and a previous Hospitalist Director who is now serving as the hospital’s CMO
• The team members embrace the charm of Dublin, with some owning acreage for cattle or horses while others commute from nearby Macon or Atlanta
• Board-certified or board-eligible in internal or family medicine
• Enjoy a balanced schedule that allows time for family and outdoor activities, with teammates supporting each other during time off
• Manage complex cases in an open ICU alongside a pulmonologist who is available during the day and on call at night
• Participate in running codes and rapid responses with no procedural requirements
• Collaborate in daily interdisciplinary meetings with pharmacy and case management and monthly team meetings
• Competitive annual salary ranging from $318,000 to $358,000.
