Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible family medicine physician
100% Outpatient only 
Schedule Options:
Monday - Friday (36 patient facing hours and 4 administrative hours built in)
Mon, Wed, Fri (12 Hour Shifts)
See all ages 
Patient Census: 20-24 per day 
Must see all ages and do typical urgent care procedures
BLS Required 
EMR: EPIC
