24 Hour Shifts: 8A  -8A
Provider will round on patients, on-call for emergent C-sections and vaginal deliveries. Provider also available for any emergent GYN procedures. High risk deliveries will only be emergent (no NICU at our facility).  High risk transfer for NICU - both approx. 30-45 mins. Level I nursery
Hospitalist support staff, 24/7 on call Anesthesiology support, 24/7 on call Radiology support, Average 27 deliveries monthly with average of 11 C-Sections, 3 labor rooms and 14 postpartum, census is typically 1-3 deliveries/24 hr period
Hospital will call cell phone
EMR: MediTech 6.1

Admissions Required
Assigned/Unassigned Patients
Board Certified – Required  
Active NC License – Required
ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS – Required
NC Medicaid and Medicare – Required
Call Type: Beeper
Call Response Time Required: 20 minutes
