Coverage need is one weekend per month and occasional weekday coverage particularly around the holidays
Facility will accept multiple providers
Schedule Hours for Clinic /Hospital: Call 24 hours, Clinic 8-5
Schedule Days Clinic /Hospital: Clinic M-F
Number of patients seen per day in clinic: 10 -15 patients
Call Night /Weekend
What are the days for Call: ACPs first call (8 per month)
What Time does the Call start: 7am
What Time does Call end: 6:59 am following day
Call Ratio: 1:4
Support staff: 5 ACPs and 2 MAs
Age of patients: 0-17 (trauma only to 15)
Inpatient /Outpatient Setting
EMR: Cerner
Fellowship required
Reason For Need - Staffing shortage
How Long Does Credentialing Take: 120 days
Board Certified is preferred but recently graduated board eligible candidates can be presented
Active FL License Required
ACLS, BLS, PALS Required
Trauma Level I, II
EMR: Cerner
