Shift Times: 7a-3p, 7a-5p + weekday in-house call (5p-7a) and in-house weekend coverage
Shift Days: Monday through Friday and weekends
Minimum Number of shifts per month: 16 to 20 (FT)
Current Available Shifts: 8 and 10 hrs per day
Must offer call: one weekday per week and one weekend day per month

Level II Trauma
No hearts, No OB, No Peds
Majority Type Cases: Ortho, GS, Vascular, Eyes, GS, Urology, Neuro, GI
Average Monthly Cases: 680
Required Procedures: Trauma, Regional US

Number of Operating Rooms: 14 OR, 4 Endo, 1 Cath/EP, 3 IR/Neur

BLS, ACLS, PALS (must be American Heart Association) – Required

One physician in-house, back up on home call
Weekend – Required
One physician in-house with a back-up APP or physician
Call physician comes in on weekdays at 7pm to close the day and remains in-house (7p-7a)
Back-up home call physician on weekdays after 12 hr day, off post-call

Level I Trauma Adult, Level II Peds, Level III NICU
