Locum Tenens Work and Call Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8-5

No Call
Reason for the Locum Need: Short staffed
Number of Physicians in Department: 8
Patient Population Mix: Female, all ages except peds
Average Number of Cases Per Day: 16-20
Description of support staff: CMA, RN
Procedures Required: Colpo, LEEP in office, not planning for procedures outside of the office at this point. Surgical patients will be referred to perm providers. No case volume requirements for clinic
Number of Beds: 489
EMR: Epic
Board Certified – Required
Active IL License – Required
DEA, CSR – Required
Level I Trauma Center
