Seeking a Physician board certified or truly board eligible in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation or Orthopedic Surgery 
Required: ACGME Sports Medicine Fellowship and/or Pain Management  
Hospital employed position, Outpatient Position 
Strongly Preferred: Someone with research interest   
Conditions/Role:
Physicals
Treat all Musculoskeletal Issues (Neck, Spine, Shoulder, Elbow, Wrist/Hand, Hip, Knee, & Ankle/Foot Ailments) 
Interventional Spine and Orthopedic Care
Ultrasound Guided Procedures
Joint and Soft Tissue Injections
Call Responsibilities: Sports Coverage
