Department: Graduate Medical Education
4 opportunities - Family Medicine Residency Core Faculty (Special interest encouraged, i.e., Women's Health; FMOB; Sports Medicine)
The Core Faculty works under the supervision of the Program Director and the Associate Program Director
Educate residents and provide a successful learning environment where residents participate in meaningful activities that contribute to their development as a family physician
Including regular attendance in the teaching of outpatient services, lectures, and seminars
Evaluate residents using competency-based milestone evaluations and via direct observation and other relevant evaluation methods
Participate in residency program committees such as the Program Evaluation Committee and the Clinical Competency Committee
Must be board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine or by the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians
Teaching experience in a Family Medicine Residency Program is strongly desired
