5/26/2025 - 5/30/2025 – clinic (CALL NOT NEEDED)
6/23/2025 - 6/27/2025 – clinic (CALL NOT NEEDED)
8/4/2025 - 8/8/2025 – clinic & call (no docs scheduled for this week currently)
12/8/2025 - 12/12/2025 – clinic & call (no docs scheduled for this week currently)

Two weeks/month, ongoing, starting as soon as possible
Only weekday, M-F, clinic and weeknight, M-Th call needed
Clinic hours 8a-4:30p, with some inpatient consults
7 AM virtual tumor board Wed/Thurs weekly
Weekdays, M-F
40 hours/week
Trauma Level II
Reason for Needing a Locum: Locum coverage needed while working to hire full-time provider
Patient Population Mix: 100% Adult
Support Staff: 2 RNs, 5 radiation therapists, 1 dosimetrist, 1 physicist, 2 front desk team members, 1 physician
Procedures Required (types of procedures to be performed by locum tenens provider): - 3D treatment, IMRT, SBRT/SRS treatments, Simulations, Consults, follow-ups, OTVs
Average Number of Cases Per Day: Average of 20-30 patients on treatment daily
Number of Beds: 310
Active IL License – Required
Board Certified/Board Eligible – Required
DEA – Required
EMR: EPIC
