Clinical Role:

• At least 7-10 days coverage per month starting in January (1/25 - 2/2)
• One week coverage every month for the next five months
• Cover clinic practice from existing provider while he is away
• Cover ED and unassigned call as well
• Facility will accept multiple providers
• Admissions Required
• Hospital Stroke Certified
• Board Certified/Board Eligible – Required
• Active AR License – Required
• Fellowship Preferred
• ACLS, BLS Required
• Trauma Level IV
• EMR: Cerner
