- Duties: All aspects of primary care and management of established patient panel upon physician retirement. Chronic care management
- EMR: Cerner
- Support Staff: Medical Assistants

- Board Certified/Board Eligible – Required
- Active CA License – Required
- ACLS, BLS, DEA – Required
