Clinical Role:

Dates of Coverage: ASAP - Ongoing

Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30a - 4p

Call Schedule: 24-hour shared with one other physician

Practice Setting: Free-Standing Cancer Center

Trauma Level/Designation II

Reason for Coverage: Physician Turnover

Call Ratio: 1:2

Number of Physicians in Practice: 2

Other Radiation Oncologist present during the Locum Tenens Coverage

APPs to Provide Coverage: 1 NP to Support Clinic

Average Number of Outpatient (clinic/office) per day: 10 - 15

Patient population of required coverage: Adult & Hospital Based

EMR: Aria & Epic

Required Procedures:

Conventional Radiotherapy

3D Radiotherapy

External Beam Radiation - 3D-CRT

External Beam Radiation - IGRT

External Beam Radiation - IMRT

Stereotactic Radiosurgery

Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT)

Fractionated Stereotactic Radiotherapy

Required Duties:

Orders Tests

Orders Images

Prescribes

Board Certified/Board Eligible – Required

Active MI License – Required

BLS – Required

Must be available full time
