- Schedule: 24 Hour Call Coverage
- Patient Ages: Adult - Avg 11 patients per day
- On Call: Yes
- Support Staff: Yes
- Charting/Dictation: EMR
- Board Certified/Board Eligible – Required
- Active VA License – Required
- DEA, CSR – Required
