- Seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Hospice and Palliative Care physician
- Will consider a Board Certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician
- Completion of an accredited Palliative Medicine Fellowship required
- Experience practicing Palliative Medicine in an acute care hospital setting with program management experience preferred
- Function as a program builder by overseeing the design & implementation of an outpatient palliative care clinic
- Join an established collaborative and collegial inpatient palliative care team comprised of one physician, a dedicated full-time LPN, and a full-time licensed social worker
- Help develop an outpatient program that will enhance and grow
- Current GA Medical License or must meet eligibility requirements
- Work Monday – Friday (5 days/40 hours per week)
- EMR: EPIC
