- 1-2 call days per week Call coverage day is flexible
- 1 week per month
- Monday-Clinic, Tuesday Clinic and Procedures, Wednesday Procedure only, Thursday Procedure only, Friday Procedure only
- Hospital-full knowledgeable procedure crew-scopes performed daily
- Clinic- 1PA, 1 RN, 2 MA's, receptionist team
- Assigned/Unassigned Patients
- 30 Minute call response time required
- Facility will accept multiple providers
- Admissions Required
- Hospital Stroke Certified
- Board Certified – Required
- Active WI License or IMLC Accepted
- Fellowship Required
- BLS Required
- Trauma Level III
- EMR: Epic
