Missouri Interventional Pain Management Physician Job – 1 Hour North of Kansas City

- Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible interventional pain management physician
- Interested providers must be PM&R residency trained
- Fellowship training preferred, not required
- Work for an orthopedic practice that currently offers hip/knee replacements shoulder/elbow, sports medicine, spine, and trauma
- You’d establish and streamline their pain management service line
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with acute and chronic pain related to orthopedic conditions
- Perform a variety of pain management procedures, including but not limited to:
- Large and minor joint injections (Image guided as indicated)
- Spinal injections (cervical, thoracic, lumbar)
- Transforaminal and interlaminar
- Selective nerve root blocks
- SI injections (Image guided as indicated)
- Other pain related procedures
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients
- Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons, NPs, PAs, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
- Manage patient care with a focus on improving function and quality of life
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using EMR systems (Modmed, Epic)
