- 1 week (M-F) per month, 2 sessions of 4 hours daily, approx. 6 patients each session to allow for documentation, etc. No Call or OT
- Dietician or diabetic educator on site as part of the support staff at the clinic
- Facility will accept multiple providers
- 14 Patients Per Shift
- Admissions Required
- Board Certified Required
- Active PA License Required
- PALS Required
- Trauma Level I
- EMR: Cerner
