- Looking for 1 - 2 providers to fulfill long term need
- 3 days a week
- Tues, Wed, Thurs. each week to allow for travel days. However, we would be willing to discuss any three days
- Skill Required: EMG (Electroencephalogram)
- Facility will accept multiple providers
- Admissions Required
- Initially, there would be mostly new patients, but once settled, I would anticipate 30%-50% of the schedule would be new patients (depending on the frequency of follow up needed)
- Would start off with hour long appointments for all patients and would work with the provider to tailor the scheduled times
- Board Certified Required
- Active WI License or IMLC Accepted
- Fellowship Preferred
- BLS Required
- EMR: Epic
