- Need someone who would be interested in evening and weekend call
- Facility will accept multiple providers
- Hospital stroke certified
- Monday – Friday 8am-5pm (days off after call)
- Days for Call: Rotates approx. 3-5 days per month inpatient (all other time will be outpatient)
- Call Start: 4pm but fellow takes first call
- Call End: 8am
- Patients seen in clinic: 15-17
- Support Staff: APP, RN, MA
- There is a dedicated inpatient team to do admissions
- Age of Patients: 18-99
- Reason for need: Multiple open provider positions
- Board Certified – Required
- Active PA License – Required
- Trauma Level I
- Fellowship Required
- EMR: Epic
