- Full time and ongoing need starting mid Aug for 5 FTE
- This was a single physician coverage UC/ED but with the recent closings of facilities, volumes have increased
- 3 physicians and 1 APC scheduled each day
- Shift Times: 6:30a – 6:30p, 6:30p – 6:30a, 11a – 11p, APC Shift: 8a-8p
- Will take FM, UC w/experience - ABEM not required
- Expecting the dept to be accommodating with shifts offered but more to come when providers are identified. To give an idea on the need:
- August – 20 Shifts
- September – 61 Shifts
- October – 64 Shifts
- November – 61 Shifts
- December – 64 Shifts
- For any new locum the first day will be a full orientation day M-F right before the first scheduled shift
- Board Certified/Board Eligible – ABEM not required
- Over 20k visits/year
- Facility will accept multiple providers
- ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS Required
- Trauma Level III
- EMR: Cerner
