- In need of 10-16 days of coverage per month. Need is for clinic and call, but will consider candidates interested in providing only night & weekend call coverage

- General head and neck required – Complex Head and Neck
- Clinic Hours 8a – 5p
- Scheduled Clinic Hours + Call
- EMR: Cerner
- Patients Per Shift: 14 – 16
- Assigned Patients
- Admissions Required
- Board Certified/Board Eligible
- Trauma Level II
- BLS – Required
- Call Type: Beeper
- Call Response Time Required: 15 minutes
- Call Ratio: 1:4
