- Sporadic ongoing coverage around their perm providers
- Schedule: Mon – Fri (8a - 4:30p)
- Must be available full time
- No call
- No weekends
- Patient Population: 100% Adult
- Caseload: 100% outpatient clinic. 100% Endocrine. 0% Internal Medicine. 0% Hospital
- Average # of Patients per day: 12 – 16
- Locum Physician is not required to supervise other healthcare providers
- No other endocrinologists be present during the Locum Physician coverage
- Ultrasound Onsite: Yes, in clinic
- Number of Exam Rooms: 6
- Total Number of Beds: 350
- Total Number of ICU Beds: 48
- Trauma Level III
- Describe office staff: 1 MA, front desk, scheduler, etc.
- EMR System: EPIC
- Board Certified – Required
- Active CO License – Required or IMLC
- BLS – Required
