    • Reason for need: growth
    • 3-5 years post graduate experience - Required
    • Seeking a doctor who wants a long-term relationship with the practice and their patient panel
    • Doctor will treat patients in their home (there is no office)
    • Monday – Friday, 9-5 it is required and expected that the MD be available/accessible for patients 24/7, however visits typically take place M-F 9-5 with flexibility required from the MD/candidate based on medical necessity/patient needs
    • Weekends are very rare but there could be an occasional newborn discharged over the weekend - MD is still expected to be accessible for their patient panel communications on weekends
    • You are on call 24/7 for your own patient panel
    • Must live in Manhattan or be willing to relocate
    • Must have recent primary care experience working in an outpatient setting
    • Very low volume of patients, about 5-7 per day – focus is on delivering high-quality of care and customer service
    • Full patient panel would be less than 300 patients
    • Must be comfortable doing their own charting
    • No MA or nurse provided – it will just be the provider
    • Needs excellent people skills – dealing with some very high profile/wealthy clients who pay an additional fee to be part of the concierge services the practice provides

  • Organization Information:
    • Practice has been open 5 years
    • Annual salary range of $180-$200k
    • Bonus potential after 12 months of employment
