- Work Schedule: 2 options
- Option 1: Monday – Friday 12:00 pm – 6:00 pm + 1 weekend day a month – either Saturday or Sunday (additional compensation is provided for weekend shift)
- Provider will work at 1 location Monday - Friday
- Option 2: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 12:00 pm – 6:00 pm and every other weekend – 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
- Provider will work at 2 locations
- Patient Census: 32 patients per provider
- Call Requirements: Nursing line handles 98% of the calls. Provider takes call 1 every 10 weeks
- Providers can have a say in which procedures they preform
- EMR: Athena
