- 36,000 annual patient visits
- 15-bed ED
- 36 hours of physician and 24 hours of APP coverage daily
- Shift Time Physician: 6a-6p, 11a-11p, 6p-6a
- Site Directors will phone interview potential locum providers and answer any questions at that time
- Locum need is for equivalent of 2 FTE’s
- Locum Providers must be flexible to work days, nights, and weekends
- Preference is for locum providers to be open to working at main hospital as well as affiliated FSER’s
- Main hospital campus may consider less than 12-hour shifts, affiliated FSED’s require 12-hour shifts..
- BC – Emergency Residency Required
