Clinical Role:

  • Primary coverage is needed for Monday – Friday, 1p to 1a (12 hr.) or 2p to 12a (10 hr.)
  • Occasional Saturday & Sunday coverage needed, day shift 8a-4p
  • Certified Physician Assistant is preferred or APRN will be considered
  • # of Physicians/APPs in Department: 27 Physicians / 7 APPs
  • Patient Population: >18 years
  • Average # of Patients Per Day: 8
  • Support Staff: Full MD/DO Support; RN & Techs
  • Inpatient Hospital Admitting
  • Procedures Required: Bread & Butter Hospital Medicine APP Experience
  • Trauma Level II
  • EMR: Epic
  • PA-C or APRN - Required
  • Active IL License – Required
  • BLS Certification - Required
