Clinical Role:

- Seeking a physician board certified or eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- DEA - Required
- 100% Outpatient
- Admin time
- Schedule:
  - Monday - Friday
  - Telephone call shared with physicians and APPs
- Geriatric/Medicare Advantage Patient Base
- Average Daily Census: 12-15
- Full Staff: MA, RNs, and Midlevel support
- On-site laboratory and radiology
- The Focus Is on Patient Care not RVU’s or High Patient Volume
- Value based care model
